  David L. Flitcroft:  born in Grants Pass, Oregon, August 4, 1948.  Mr. Flitcroft was admitted to the Tennessee bar in 1978 and is a member of the Anderson County (President, 1992-1993) and Tennessee Bar Associations.  Mr. Flitcroft was educated at Southern Oregon College, The University of Oregon, and The University of Tennessee.  Mr. Flitcroft  CoAuthored the books "Real Estate Matters" and "Real Estate Matters Revisited."  He has also authored a series of  newspaper articles.  Mr. Flitcroft has been the recipient of the Daniel Hanley Testerman Scholarship, Centurion Award, and the American Jurisprudence Award.

  Pamela P. Gibson:   Ms. Gibson joined the firm in 2003 as an associate in the firm's property practice group.  Ms. Gibson received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Maryland.  She also received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University Of Maryland, where she was the recipient of the Deans Award for Contracts, Best In Class. Her practice includes handling residential and commercial property transactions for individuals and lending institutions. Prior to joining the firm Ms. Gibson served with distinction in the United States Air Force.  Ms. Gibson is a member of the Anderson County and Tennessee Bar Associations.
